Was a pleasure to be invited to do a mix and chat with Steve Pringle, who among other things authored a book dedicated to The Fall’s vast discography You Must Own Them All. Steve’s regular Mixtape episodes have featured guest visits from the likes of David Gedge, Thurston Moore, Steve Shelley, and Fall alum Eleni Poulou, Rob Barbato, Paul Hanley, Martin Bramah, Simon ‘Ding’ Archer and Keiron Melling, so needless to say it was an honor to be included in this show. Rather than going on about The Fall, Steve outlined a number of themes from which I picked a fitting track to fit. Though of course I picked out one Fall tune.
